Getting Started

Click “Register Free” on the home page, fill in your name, email, mobile and a password. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Then login and create a matrimony profile for your family member.
Yes, creating an account and a Free plan profile is completely free with no expiry. You can browse profiles freely. Paid plans (Classified and Premium) give additional features like viewing contact details and sending direct messages.
BSPD Parivardhana is exclusively for members of the Brahmana Sabha Pancha Dravida community. Our admin team verifies each profile before approval. Profiles that do not belong to the BSPD community are not approved.
Most profiles are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email once your profile is approved. If you have not heard back within 3 days, please contact our help desk.

Account & Profile

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a reset link. The link is valid for 2 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes. One account (login) can manage multiple matrimony profiles — for example, a father can register profiles for his son and daughter. Each profile goes through separate approval and can have its own plan.
Log in, go to your Dashboard, select the profile, and click “Upload Photo”. Photos are reviewed by our admin before being visible to other members. Please upload a clear, recent photo in JPG or PNG format (max 2 MB).
From your Dashboard, click on the profile you wish to edit and select “Edit Profile”. After saving, some fields may require re-approval by the admin before they are visible to other members.

Membership & Payment

Classified plan lets you view phone numbers; Premium plan gives full access including email and direct messaging. See the Membership Plans page for a complete comparison.
From your Dashboard, select a profile and click “Upgrade Plan”. You will see the payment details including our bank account and UPI ID. Make the payment and upload the screenshot. Our team will verify and activate the plan within 1–2 business days.

Technical Issues

Please try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache (Settings → Clear cache) or try a different browser. Our site supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on all devices. Contact us if the problem continues.
Please check your spam/junk folder. Add info@brahmanasabha.org to your contacts to prevent filtering. If you still do not receive emails, please contact our team directly with your registered email and mobile number.
